About the Xperience
A star is born with our new Saketini mixology Xperience! Guests will learn how to infuse traditional, high grade Sake with fun cocktail ingredients such as Electrodust, a tongue-tingling, eye-sparkling dust for cocktails (made from natural Buzz Button Flowers). This Xperience includes everything you need to make your own Saketini, including required mixology tools and ingredients.
We recommend upgrading your Xperience with the laser engraved cocktail shaker and branded slate coasters pictured above; only included in our Luxe kit!
Meet Sommelier Erin
Respected wine connoisseur, culinary expert, surfer, snowboarder, and world traveler, Erin Swain, has spent her adult life pursuing her passions in all climates. She began her career at Bon Appétit Magazine and has since worked at some of the world’s most highly coveted luxury destinations.
Erin has graced the pages of Vogue, Coastal Living, Rolling Stone, and more. Her current projects include: a cookbook, an unscripted wine education TV show, and a weekly, half-hour special in the Hamptons - focused on all things wine, of course!
